At 13TeeN19, we understand that the teenage years can be both exciting and challenging. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for adolescents aged 13 to 19, where they can explore their emotions, navigate life’s transitions, and build resilience.

Before coming to the workshop, i thought this to be a boring lecture. But it turns out to be the best I've attended so far. Today i got a chance to get to know myself. I learned to embrace myself. And i got a overview about my future plan. This might be a turning point in my life. Thank you....

It changes the mindset of the teens .. To have a mind opening session... To be out from matrix and illuminati's rule ... To lead the life in the way the person needs and need not be follow the world choice

I feel that this workshop and you mouna mam, is a turning point in my life where I shape my personality into something that I've wanted for years. You also taught me a lot of things in one day that no one has ever taught me in my 14 years of school. I'm really grateful to meet such a wonderful person and I hope you continue this, so that many students who are confused about their life choose a path that's better for them. I request you to keep doing this mam

I was much insecure and ignorant earlier but now after this day I now can feel much better not completely but I can assure that I'll be better than before.Thank you so much for insights. All your words gave an enlightenment and improved my self esteem and my communication skills with the opposite gender. Do continue this ,I believe that it changed me and so can change anyone.

I have changed my perspective of taking the life from middle class mentality to business mentality. I would change my routine and my actual goals which help me building a strong Empire. This is a workshop that every students must attend. Thank you for giving some very useful information and instructions.

It was fun. It helped me to come out of normal thinking and not to follow the crowd. I understood that I have to do something different than others to be very successful 

A part of me changed in a good way because of the workshop.I learnt so many things that I didnt know and it helped me to know habits that would transform myself into a better person.

I highly recommend the 13Teen19 workshop it was very useful and eye-opening. The way parent-teen and professional-teen topics were addressed was powerful. I truly admired the courage shown by someone sharing their personal pain with all of us.
